All of our custom cakes, fillings and frostings are made fresh from scratch.

We do not use shortening in any of our buttercream or cakes, only all fresh ingredients.

Our cakes are 4 layers of cake and 3 layers of filling, and are approximately 4-5" tall.

We are excited to offer Gluten Free cakes made from scratch for those who prefer gluten free but are not allergic to gluten. Please see our gluten free section below.

Vanilla almond cake, light Grand Marnier infusion, preserves, white chocolate buttercream.

Carrot Cake:
Toasted pecans, organic raisins, Grand Marnier infusion, white chocolate buttercream.
Coconut Lemon:

Lemon cake, layers of coconut or lemon buttercream, coconut liqueur infusion, coconut or white chocolate buttercream.

Lemon Blueberry:

Light, refreshing lemon cake, blueberries, white chocolate Limoncello buttercream

Toasted Butter Pecan:

Baked with freshly roasted pecans, velvety maple buttercream.

Red Velvet:

Deep rich chocolate cake with a light Frangelico infusion, velvety white chocolate buttercream.

Gluten Free:

White Almond, Grand Marnier infusion, white chocolate buttercream.
Very Vanilla Cake, lemon buttercream, inside white chocolate buttercream outside.
Vanilla Bean Cake , salted caramel buttercream inside, dark chocolate ganache buttercream outside.

What is a Cake Bite?
A Cake Bite (also called “cake ball” or “cake truffle”) is about the size of a golf ball, made in many flavors from my

delicious cakes and buttercream mixed together, with or without liqueur infusions, rolled by hand and dipped in gourmet chocolate. They are decorated in various colors and styles. Cake bites are perfect for parties and munching, because you only need a cocktail napkin to serve them. No fork required!
